These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of bitScript's website and all services. Read those terms carefully and make sure that you understand what you have read.

License

Permission is granted to download the software you are licensed to. In particular, you are allowed to:

• Use the software for commercial purposes.
• Customize the software.

You are forbidden to:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on bitScript's web site.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials (unless you bought the rights).
• Attempt to use any of bitScript's modules if you have not bought the rights to use it.
• Re-sell the software.

Your license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by bitScript at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The only person eligible for the software support is the software licensor (the person who bought the license/software). In case of any suspicious activity, bitScript reserves the right to terminate the license or require the licensor to use his payment email address for support contact.

Refund Policy

The licensed software is provided to licensee "as is". bitScript make no warranty as to its use or performance. bitScript make no representations, warranties, conditions as to the licensed software, including without limitation title, non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose.

Since bitScript sells digital irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you have carefully read over the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and tried out the demo "prior" to purchasing.
